H&O Air Blower, is designed to neutralize the static charges which causes problems in long distances and broad width. High technology used in design can produce more efficient results for static electric problems even in high-speed applications.It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast decharge time. Air Blower,seperates air molecules to positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and transports them.
Any static charged product passed from the efficient distance of the Air Blower will draw the opposite charged ions and neutralize the product This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines.At the same time electrical shocks,explosions,fire danger and pulling of dust of which is caused by static electric will be prevented.

H&O charger bars are used in applications in which the materials should be sticked to a place or each other.Many production steps requires sticking of components or materials to each other.This sticking shouldn’t leave marks and damage product surface when the materials are seperated.High resistant materials such as paper and plastic can be bonded to conductive surfaces without using glue.Electrostatic loading which is provided by ionization,
is a charger system consists of acharge generator and a charge applier .
STATIC EVALUATION:
STATIC METER
Analysis of static problems are very hard without evaluation of static charge.A decent static meter supplies the possibility of analysis of the problem to the technician.Static meter displays where and how the static current is generated and its polarization and amplitude.
If a static charge preventer is needed in the proble static meter determines the best position for static charge preventer and displays its performance.static meter generates standard for technician for avoidingfuture problems.These standards varies from the current level of regions which are ordered from,produced or sent to user.
DIGITAL INDICATOR FABRICATION
Three different digital indicator and control unit are produced to be used for packaging and dosing foundations. Our company based on the flexibility and modularity in our designs manufactures these products according to the needs of the machine manufacturers:
FSM-2 Weight Indicator
It is a high soluble weight indicator that is generally designed for the ground weighbridge. Because of its spesifications of fixable printers and eight load cells of 350 ohm, it has a wide range application area from the high capability weighbridge to the vehicle weigher.
HGX-1000 Digital Indicator and Control Unit
HGX-1000 giving a solution for control and remoting systems for simple packaging machines, has 2 NO inputs and 3 relay outputs. It is worked with HGXd and HGXp which are buried software specified fort he application of packaging and dosing. An input/output module can be added for small foundation and machines of dozajlama.
It is possible to communicate with a different device, PC and PLC by using standart RS-232 communication port.
